Whatever your condition is, it is safe to say that most of us live to eat and not eat to live. Our mindset usually drives our taste buds while our wallet determines the quality of food we buy. Our belief about food seems wrong because most of us consider ourselves healthy until we end up in the hospital.
Going to the hospital isn't fun, which is why most of us avoid it even if we know something is wrong because we don't want to hear the bad news.
This bad news is usually associated with words like Cancer, Diabetes, Fibroids, Arthritis, and the list goes on and on.
But what if we take a step back and analyze these names. Do any of us know the cause? Simply saying "nobody knows" or "we need more research" shouldn't sit well with us, in my opinion.
I believe the wide variety of health conditions started from our food choices. It's time we start holding ourselves accountable for our health.
But accountability requires applied knowledge.Making the right health decision is a lot easier when you know what you're feeding. If somebody were to ask you: "what are you feeding when you eat?" how would you respond? Most people would reply, "my body" or "my stomach."
HOPEFULLY, what I'm about to share with you will change your perspective on how you view health and food.
I want to help you see the true impact of the food we digest in our bodies.
